SynapStak: Advancing Intelligence, Together
Research-driven Physical AI for real world impact.
Rigorous research. Open collaboration. Intelligent systems that matter.
At SynapStak, we pursue rigorous Physical AI and Robotics research and share it openly.
Our mission: turn published, peer-reviewed work into intelligent systems that expand what people can learn, build, and understand.
Who we are
SynapStak is a research-driven organisation working at the intersection of Physical AI and cognitive computational research. We translate that work — currently spanning 47 academic papers — into adaptive, immersive learning experiences that honour the diverse ways minds work, with particular care for neurodiverse learners.
We believe rigorous research and genuinely accessible learning belong together: what we discover about how people focus, remember, and build skills shapes everything we make.

From Insight to Interaction
Discover
Research begins with observation
— of learners and environments alike.
Design
Research-grounded systems for how minds actually learn.
We turn Physical AI research into intuitive learning tools.
Personalize
Adaptive systems shaped by how each brain focuses and remembers.
Every brain deserves a learning system that fits it.
Embed
We build research designed to live inside real-world systems.
Our work is made to embed in the tools people use every day.
Empower
Our Physical AI agents shape memory and guide attention rather than forcing it
— adapting to each learner, in simulation and in the real world.
A real robotic platform anchors research: where simulated agents are tested against the messiness of the physical world.

Get in touch
We work with academic partners, grant funders, and professional bodies, and are developing further research applications for UK innovation funding. We’re always open to new collaborators — research institutions, educators, therapy providers, and funders who share our commitment to inclusive, research-grounded learning. Get in touch.
